This book by Elizabeth Rice Handford, originally written around the 1960s, remains a key resource for Fundamental Baptists who adhere to the King James Version and a "dresses only" standard for women. This book is out of print but may still be ordered through our link to Modest Apparel USA or through Amazon. Handford is currently on the board of directors of Joyful Christian Ministries, a Baptist organization that allows women to wear pants, so the approach of this decades-old book does not necessarily reflect her present views.
