Clips attach this fabric panel to the bra straps. While ads claim that the panel may be adjusted higher or lower to control coverage, in reality the panel tends to slide downward to rest on the tops of the bra cups. Another drawback is that the fabric is thin like a slip, so lighter colors are semi-translucent. This product is stocked by many online and in-store retailers. Cami Secret
If the straps of your bra slope OUT to your shoulders, the panel slides down during the day. If the straps of your bra slope IN to your neck, the panel stays where you put it.
Cami Secret is made of the same nylon type fabric used for camisoles. Therefore, the white and beige panels are translucent and do not provide full coverage. I suggest holding a slip to your neck to decide whether Cami Secret would be too revealing for your personal taste.
Quality of the construction is pretty good.
