	What Does the Bible Say About Your Appearance?	This book was one of the most influential pieces of literature in the life of the founder of the Fashion Belle website toward pursuing a career as an apparel patternmaker with the goal of creating modest clothing. Author Ray Powell has graciously given permission for the majority of this book to be edited and published online here.
	Modesty Survey	The Rebelution is a Christian teen ministry founded by Alex and Brett Harris with the motto, "A teenage rebellion against low expectations." In 2007, this group conducted an online Modesty Survey of over 1,600 men. The site states, "It's everything girls have ever wanted to ask guys about modesty but were afraid to ask!" 	Pure Fashion	From the site, "Through a seven month Model Training Program . . . 	Fashion Meets Faith	Shari Braendel holds a degree in fashion merchandising and has worked as an image consultant for individuals and corporations. As a Christian women's speaker in the United States and internationally, her conference themes include Beauty Boot Camp, What to Wear, Maximizing Beauty, and Modesty Rocks for Teens and Tweens. 	What Guys Think About What Girls Wear	Pastor, author, husband and father Carey Waldie from Michigan has developed a DVD to instruct young women about the "positive power of modesty" and its ability to help attract and keep the right kind of man, one who will be a "prince and not a frog." This DVD presentation is useful for camps and youth groups and is targeted to a very contemporary audience.
	Pure Freedom	This official site of Christian authors Bob and Dannah Gresh is rich with educational content promoting modesty. From the site's introduction, "Pure Freedom . . . provides resources in the form of books and live events to equip men and women of all ages to live lives of purity. Dannah provides a special emphasis on equipping moms to raise their tween girls to be sexually pure, modest and emotionally whole teen girls."
	Secret Keeper Girl	This is the official site for Christian author and speaker Dannah Gresh's Secret Keeper Girl event that target mothers and tween daughters, during which event facilitators teach modesty and “true beauty.” This website is rich with additional resources for moms and tweens, including illustrated modesty guidelines for girls.
	Revive Our Hearts	Around a thousand links to multi-media resources related to modesty are listed at the Revive Our Hearts website, the official site of Christian author and speaker Nancy Leigh DeMoss. In her book The Look: Does God Really Care What I Wear?, DeMoss endeavors to move beyond the initial questions that are commonly raised when the word "modest" is mentioned, such as assumed lack of style, and on toward discovering underlying biblical principles about dress and the truth about clothing and modesty. A CD of Nancy's Modesty radio series may be ordered in combination with the book from her website.
	True Woman	This is the official website for True Woman Conferences, founded by Christian author and speaker Nancy Leigh DeMoss as an outreach of her Revive Our Hearts organization, a branch of Life Action Ministries. The modesty-related articles at the True Woman site feature content from multiple authors.
	The Lost Art of True Beauty	Author Leslie Ludy shares her Christian perspective on true beauty, which is a focus on inward spiritual and character development rather than obsession with outward appearance. Though most of the content centers around attitudes and actions, several chapters address style of clothing, especially Chapter Six, "Dressing With Selfless Style." Leslie and her husband Eric host conferences in Colorado for young people to reinforce the messages of their books. 	Dressing With Dignity	Catholic author Colleen Hammond presents her case for modest dressing using examples from her own life experience as she transformed away from values she had during her early modeling, acting and television broadcasting days.
